1. Asbestos Analyst (Air Monitoring)
As part of an exceptional team, the analyst's responsibilities include:
Conducting on site air monitoring in accordance with HSE procedures
Monitoring contractors while they work to ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations
Assisting with building surveys to identify asbestos containing materials
You must hold the P403 and P404 BOHS Qualifications.
2. Trainee Analysts (Air Monitoring)
Shadowing and assisting the Asbestos Analyst on a day to day basis whilst undergoing in-house training
Analyst status will be reached upon achieving the BOHS P404 and P403 qualification.
Entry level - science related degree
3. Lead Surveyors (Surveys)
Conducting all types of surveys across a wide variety of properties in accordance with current legislation/guidance
Liaising with clients and project managers
Providing detailed reports from the site findings
Assisting in the training of assistant surveyors
You must hold the P402 or CoCA (asbestos) BOHS Qualification.
4. Assistant Surveyor (Surveys)
Supporting lead surveyors in all types of surveys
Assisting with all site activities such as sampling, drawings and office-based duties such as report writing
5. Project Manager
To ensure that site operations are effectively managed and work is undertaken in accordance with legislative, UKAS and Company requirements.
Prepare & issuing documentation (scope & specification and project completion)
Programming and financial reporting
Site visits, resolving technical queries, training and audits
